The Job

As a Recruitment Consultant joining an already established team that successfully operates within the engineering sector, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process, offering recruitment solutions to clients & candidates, as well as regularly conducting interviews and attending client’s visits. You will be responsible for driving business forward and establishing new accounts within a specified geographical area, therefore offering a more personal service to both candidates and clients.

The Person

Must definitely possess a strong sales track record, ideally experienced within the recruitment sector and be experienced at driving business forward within a niche market sector. The successful candidate must also possess the desire to succeed, reaping the financial rewards for successful billing.
