Recruitment Consultant Social (Perms) - N. Yorkshire,£18-25K

The Position

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for placing qualified social work professionals into both contracted and non contracted clients throughout the UK. Managing the whole recruitment process you will also be responsible for identifying client needs, managing candidate attraction, interviewing candidates and making client visits. The position is changeable and highly rewarding.

The Person

The successful candidate will ideally possess recruitment experience however, a proven sales track record in another fast paced environment would definitely be considered. Other qualities essential to the role are proactivity, drive and ambition and a desire for financial success.
