The Job

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building excellent working relationships, managing the recruitment process, quality and ensuring service delivery. Your knowledge of working within the education sector will develop daily and the variety in your work will keep the position interesting. You will also be a key member of a successful team, where your contribution and ideas will be highly valued.

The Person

Ideally the successful candidate will already possess a proven track record in recruitment although a successful career in related sectors may also be considered. Proactivity, drive and ambition are also qualities highly prized and in return the company will provide a competitive package, excellent benefits and a structured career and development programme. Working hours are 7.00am to 4pm and 9am to 6pm alternate weeks.
