The Job

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process with considerable focus on candidate and client relationships. Within this fast paced environment there is the opportunity to ensure excellent service delivery for existing contracts however, there is also the opportunity to make your mark and develop new business areas. An eye for detail is also important to ensure all teachers meet national and local legislation. To clinch all business opportunities the working day starts early during term time (7.15am) with breakfast provided. Hours are reduced during school holidays

The Person

Will ideally possess a proven track record of achievement within recruitment, although candidates with strong outbound sales experience would definitely be considered. Enthusiasm, acute business acumen and the desire to succeed are also qualities highly valued and in return a competitive package is offered together with the opportunity to work within a positive, enjoyable environment that also offers career progression.
