The Job

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be running a performing Secondary Desk and will be responsible for ensuring the desk performs to its full potential, through effective service delivery, continuous business development, creative candidate attraction and a thorough approach to quality and compliance. Candidate interviewing and regular client visits are also an integral element of the role, to ensure working relationship are fully maintained and all business opportunities are maximised.

The Person

Must possess a proven track record of achievement within recruitment or similar strong sales sector and be able to demonstrate revenue generation, good account management skills and a true team spirit. Tenacity, proactivity and a warmth of personality are all qualities highly prized, together with the capacity to think laterally to achieve results. • Salary - £18-24K
• 30 days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays

• To capitalise on all business opportunities branches open from 7.15am to 5.30pm weekdays, with breakfast provided.  Working hours reduce during school holidays which does not affect basic pay.
