The Job

As a Recruitment Consultant joining an already established team that successfully operates within the Contract Engineering sector, you will be responsible for the whole recruitment process, offering temporary recruitment solutions to clients and candidates, as well as regularly conducting interviews, attending client’s visits and managing associated administration. You will be responsible for driving business forward and establishing new accounts within a specified geographical area, therefore offering a more personal service to both candidates and clients.

The Person

Must definitely possess a strong sales track record, ideally experienced within the contract recruitment sector and be experienced at driving business forward within a niche market sector. The successful candidate must also possess the desire to succeed, be able to sell the benefits of contract staffing solutions and want to reap the financial rewards for successful candidates.
