Opportunity to join sucessful independent recruitment organisation.

The Position

As a Recruitment Consultant you will learn fairly quickly about the intricacies of working with Senior Medical Practioners however, the fundamentals of working within an Executive Search Contract environment remain the same. You will be responsible for strategically identifying, approaching and networking Practioners building a bank of contacts throughout the world, whilst constantly building relationships with clients to ensure you identify appropriate roles for highly talented people.

The Person

Must possess a proven track record of successful new business development within a vertical recruitment market and be seeking a change of sector for genuine reasons. You will also be highly adept at candidate marketing and strategic networking, managing the full recruitment process whilst also delivering an exceptional service delivery. The successful candidate must also possess a proactive and dynamic nature used to lateral thinking and a long term approach. In return for commitment and continuous revenue generation a competitive salary will be offered, excellent commission scheme and structured career development. In the past 3 years this business has seen substantial organic growth and as part of planned expansion is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the Executive Search Healthcare Team.

The Package

£20-25K dependant on experience
