The Job

As a Recruitment Consultant joining a leading recruitment organisation, that successfully operates within the Travel Industry, you will be responsible for the whole recruitment process, offering temporary and contract recruitment solutions to clients and candidates. In addition you will regularly conduct interviews, attend client’s visits, canvass clients and manage associated administration. The position is a sales role that requires a proactive approach to generate sales and deliver candidate and client expectations. As a Recruitment Consultant on a temporary desk you will be responsible for driving new business and building accounts with blue chip clients, such as major airlines as well as other travel businesses throughout the UK.

The Person

The successful candidate would ideally possess a proven track record of achievement within recruitment and have an interest in the travel industry or have travel industry experience and be seeking to get into recruitment. Proactivity, drive and lateral thinking are all qualities highly prized as well as a sense fun and energetic demeanour.
