The Job

As a recruitment consultant working within the social care sector you will be responsible for sourcing new candidates to build on the existing database, canvassing for new clients and maintaining current client relationships. Candidate relationships are at the heart of what the Recruitment Consultant does, understanding candidate needs and the ability to build rapport will distinguish you from the competition.

The Person

Will ideally possess a background in sales with at least 1 year in a recruitment role, ideally within healthcare.  Exposure to the NHS/Public sector is also advantageous. Commercial acumen, proactivity and drive are the skills that are highly prized as well as being a true team player.
