The Position

As a recruitment consultant working within the social care sector you will be responsible for sourcing new candidates to build on the existing database in addition to canvassing for new clients and maintaining current client relationships.  Candidate relationships are at the heart of what the Recruitment Consultant does, understanding candidate needs and the ability to build rapport will distinguish you from the competition.

The Successful Candidate

Will ideally possess a background in social care or housing association recruitment.  Exposure to the NHS/Public sector is also advantageous. Commercial acumen, pro-activity and drive are the skills that are highly prized as well as being a true team player.  In return for performing and displaying these competencies the successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary, bonus and excellent benefits package with the chance to develop their career significantly.
