The Job

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for a financially driven Recruitment Consultant to carve a new market with the full support and planning of a market leading Social Care recruitment business. The position would involve extensive business development, candidate and client marketing, management of the full recruitment process and attending client visits. The position would also offer superb career development as the business expands.

The Person

Would ideally possess knowledge of the Social Work market and a proven track record of achievement within recruitment. The successful candidate must be tenacious, persistent and highly adept at generating new business as well as possessing an understanding of compliance and the necessary requirements to operate a business.
