The Job

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for building excellent candidate relationships, developing existing business with clients across the UK and manage the full recruitment process. Candidate networking, face to face interviews and client visits are all essential to the role. However being able to show a warm personality and passion for what you do, also underpins every activity essential for success. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be a vital member of a successful team, where your contribution and ideas are highly valued.

The Person

Will ideally possess recruitment experience and understand the fundamental differences between recruitment sectors. Proactivity, drive, lateral thinking and a conscientious approach are also qualities highly prized and in return Cody offers a competitive salary, excellent bonus structure and vibrant working atmosphere.

The Package

• Salary: £20-25K basic (dependant on experience)
