The Job

As a Recruitment Consultant working within the Public Sector you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle of candidates working within IT environments. The position is considerably new business focused, developing the IT market with full support from a recognised brand. Candidate interviewing, client meetings, contract tenders and continuous networking are all essential elements of this exciting new role.

The Person

Would ideally possess at least 9 months recruitment experience (temps or perms - any sector) and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achievement within recruitment. Candidates must possess a willingness to learn and the desire to be the best they can be, as well as demonstrating a good understanding of recruitment fundamentals and having a true team spirit. In return for hard work and continuous month on month billing, Recruitment Consultants are rewarded with an exceptional bonus system, internal and external training as well as REC membership and eligibility for company cars or car allowances.
