Recruitment Consultant Job, Public Sector (Commercial) - Birmingham, £20-35K (Ref: 10133)

The Job

As a Recruitment Consultant working within the Public Sector you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle of candidates working within administrational environments. The position involves some contracts work and considerable business development, frequent candidate interviewing, client service meetings and new business tenders. The position is fast paced, varied and requires a genuine talent for thinking laterally to get best results with clients and to continue candidate attraction.

The Person

Would ideally possess at least 9 months recruitment experience (temps or perms - any sector) and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achievement within recruitment. Candidates must possess a willingness to learn and the desire to be the best they can be, as well as demonstrating a good understanding of recruitment fundamentals and have a true team spirit.
