The Job

As a candidate facing Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for proactively managing a bank of candidates with the specific objective of filling locum positions and maximising company profitability.

Responsibilities include:

• Building long term working relationships with candidates and keeping them informed about positions that meet their requirements
• Submitting CVs of candidates (appropriately qualified and experienced) to clients across the UK
• To comply with all company, statutory and quality policies and procedures
• To develop close working relationships with internal colleagues, specifically Client Liaison, Administrators and Compliance
• To achieve personal targets and objectives on a weekly, monthly and annual basis

The Person

Must possess a proven track record of achievement with recruitment, ideally within healthcare or public sectors, although candidates who are seeking a new challenge and already work within other fast paced recruitment environments should also apply. To succeed within this position a high level of prioritisation, sales skills and a competitive nature are qualities that certainly apply. Successful candidates must also enjoy building long term working relationships within a highly rewarding and exciting atmosphere.

• Salary - £20-30K Dependent on Experience
