The Job

As a client liaison officer you will be required to provide recruitment solutions to mainly contracted clients within public and private sectors.

Responsibilities include:

• Daily / weekly contact with clients to maintain, develop and establish long term working relationships.
• Increase the number of temporary positions given to the client, working closely with Recruitment Consultants to improve fill rates.
• Monitor the quality of candidates supplied, ensuring adherence to contracted client requirements and procedures.
• Maximise business opportunities through the identification of individual client needs
• Provide management information to clients and senior managers to continually improve service delivery and company performance.
• Build excellent working relationships with colleagues to achieve business objectives and meet client fill rates.

The Person

Will ideally possess healthcare recruitment experience, although candidates with other recruitment knowledge and the desire to specialise with a client only focus should also apply. This is a proactive and service driven role that demands a high level of communication skills, a genuine team spirit and the ability to understand client needs.

The Package

• Salary - £20-26K Dependent on Experience
