The Job

The successful candidate will be involved in the full recruitment process, developing new business, nurturing existing clients and providing the best quality candidates on the market by a process of careful selection and in depth interviewing techniques. This client aims to provide a service to both candidates and clients that is second to none. Working alongside highly trained professionals the successful candidates will be supported in their development and encouraged to achieve their career aspirations.

The Person

There are no direct pre-requisites. This client looks for drive, ambition and above all the desire to carve a sales career within an organisation that rewards success. Some recruitment experience would be desirable but most important is the ability to develop business and succeed within a target driven sales environment. In return the successful candidates will be able to influence their earnings through achieving targets, they will be mentored every step of the way and will be immediately eligible for quarterly salary reviews which means that they could realistically achieve four pay rises per year

The Company

Our client is a market leading national organisation with 10 offices throughout the UK. Specialists within the field of engineering, rail, technical sales and construction this prestigious brand currently employ over 100 consultants throughout the UK having grown year on year since its inception in 1963. This client looks to grow organically, they have a training programme which is second to none; all of the Managers and Directors that are in position currently began with the organisation as consultants, some with very little or no recruitment experience.

The Package

Salary up to £23,000 + OTE + benefits
