The Job

As a Recruitment Consultant based in Dubai, you will be working with a high performing team, with responsibility for placing Engineering & Construction professionals into full time positions across the Middle East. Managing the full recruitment life cycle, you be expected to drive new business, generate candidates and develop client relationships to fulfil business needs.

The Person

Would ideally be a high achieving graduate who possesses some recruitment experience or an experienced consultant with a proven track record of achievement who is seeking an exciting new challenge with a difference. The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate leadership qualities, sales achievements, ambition and commercial acumen. The desire and availability to live and work in Dubai for at least 12 months is also essential and research into the area will certainly be expected if selected for interview.
