Recruitment Consultant Job, Education - London, £18-22K (Ref: 10100)

Our client is a market leading Supply Teacher Recruitment specialist who operates throughout the UK, Far East and Europe.

The Job

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for building new business, developing excellent working relationships and managing the recruitment process. Your knowledge of working within the education sector will develop daily and the variety in your work would keep the position interesting. You will also be a key member of a successful team, where your contribution and ideas will be highly valued.

The Person

 Ideally the successful candidate will already possess a proven track record in recruitment although a successful career in related sectors may also be considered. Proactivity, drive and ambition are also qualities highly prized and in return the company will provide a competitive package, excellent benefits and a structured career and development programme. Branch opens at 7am and a shift system of 7am to 4pm and 9am to 6pm operates alternative weeks to ensure all opportunities are seized prior to the school day starting.
