Responsible for managing a Primary desk recruitment business within the North EastThe Recruitment Consultant position is responsible for managing a Primary desk recruitment business within the North East. The position requires a proactive sales approach to continually develop the market, an eye for detail to manage compliance and warmth of character to build excellent working relationships with both candidates and clients. The desk is already established therefore, the opportunity present an exciting mix of both Account Management and new business development.

The Successful Candidate

Would ideally possess a proven track record in recruitment or B2B sales. The successful candidate must be proactive, confident and articulate as well as able to manage a busy work load and achieve results.
