The Job

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for building excellent candidate relationships, developing existing client accounts and managing the recruitment process. Face to face interviews and client visits are also essential to the role, however being able to show a warm personality and passion for what you do also underpins every activity essential for success. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be a key member of a successful team, where your contribution and ideas are highly valued.

The Person

Ideally the successful candidate will already possess a proven track record in recruitment although a successful career in related sectors may also be considered. Proactivity, drive and a conscientious approach are also qualities highly prized and in return the company will provide a competitive package, excellent benefits and a structured career and development programme. Branch opens at 7am and a shift system of 7am to 4pm & 9am to 6pm operates alternative weeks to ensure all opportunities are seized prior to the school day starting.

• Salary - £18-22K Dependent on Experience
