The Job

As a Recruitment Consultant focusing on high end permanent placements of Accountancy & Finance Professionals, the position involves building excellent working relationship with candidates and clients within both public and private sectors. The position available centres around a warm desk with an established presence within the market. The Recruitment Consultant will be a vital member of a highly experienced team, managing the recruitment process, interviewing candidates and frequently meeting clients

The Person

Must possess a proven track record of achievement within recruitment and be able to demonstrate successful billing, good account management skills and a true team spirit. The successful candidate would ideally enjoy the challenge of business development, researching and plotting a market place to secure long term working relationships. They should possess a proactive nature and a strong work ethic.
