Seeking experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join exciting new team,

The Position

The Recruitment Consultant responsibilities include, proactively managing and developing a portfolio of clients and candidates, building good working relationships and managing the full recruitment process. The ability to both expand accounts and identify new business opportunities is also crucial. Due to the avant guard nature of this business and of the new chapter this client is beginning they require recruiters with various levels of experience to make this venture a success.

The Person

To be successful in this role candidates must possess a natural drive to succeed, excellent sales and communication skills as well as the ability to adapt to an ever changing working environment. A proven track record in education recruitment is essential to ensure that clients and candidates continue to receive excellent service delivery. The Package

£20-30K dependent on experience
