The Position

Our client is seeking to employ a Team Leader to supervise existing Recruitment Consultants and maintain a hand on role. Reporting into the Operations Manager this exciting position involves day to day training, coaching and development of RC’s to promote best practise, whilst leading from the front to achieve new business wins. As Team Leader you will drive team performance, build excellent client and candidate relationships, remain focused on compliance and ensure all resources are fully utilised. The position requires a passionate and enthusiastic individual who believes in what they can achieve, when support by an organisation that empowers their employees to be the best they can

The Person

Must possess a proven track record of recruitment achievement and be seeking a new opportunity where they can fully utilise their management skills and knowledge. The position would suit a Senior Consultant who is looking to take the next step in their career or an experienced Team Manager/Leader who looking for their ideas and opinions to count. The successful candidate must be articulate, enthusiastic and driven to succeed, they must believe in what can be achieved and be seeking a position where their hard work and commitment is recognised.
