The Job

There is a new team in place recruiting into social housing, a highly experienced manager is driving the growth of the division and looking for an additional consultant. Building your desk you will have good approach to sales and building new relationships. The role is a full 360 role sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates alongside business development.

The Person

Recruitment experience, used to working to KPI’s and understanding what makes a recruitment consultant successful .The Social Housing recruitment experience is a must along with a solid track record of successfully running a desk. The majority of their recruitment is contract although this has no prerequisite on the individual. There is a huge amount of career opportunity including managing a team

The Package

Basic up to £30,000 (dependent on experience)
Excellent commission structure – (up to 30% commission of revenue generated)
