The Company

A young firm with an experienced and entrepreneurial  Management team is embarking on an exciting phase of expansion.  Their 2010 business plan includes the development of the medical locums division to take advantage of this booming recruitment sector.   This is an incredibly exciting start up opportunity where an experienced medical locums Consultant or Manager can build business and reputation within a financially stable organisation with a creative drive and a supportive senior team.

The Position

Working with healthcare professionals and the NHS, initially off framework, you will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, developing compliance procedures and managing a marketing budget to optimise candidate attraction.  Working closely with the directors you will be incredibly hands on, managing banks of candidates and a national client portfolio to increase revenue. The position has the potential to evolve into a management role, offering excellent career opportunity where you can design, influence and shape the business as it grows.  

The Successful Candidate

Must possess excellent working knowledge of the medical locums market, understand the PASA National Contract, associated compliance and the relationship requirements to excel in this sector.  As an experienced Medical Recruiter you may be seeking the next step in your career and relish the opportunity to build a business and develop a team, or you may currently be in a management role and are seeking a new challenge where your efforts and results will be highly rewarded and appreciated.  Regardless of position you must possess a positive outlook, genuine team spirit and passion for medical recruiter, displaying a belief and track record in your abilities, essential for succeeding in this one off opportunity of a lifetime.
