Excellent opportunity to join a leading global Human Resources recruitment company.

The Job

You will be responsible for the 360 recruitment process, working in a warm desk environment placing HR professionals on salaries of 30 – 150K.

You will be building and developing the desk and responsible for new business generation and key account management. Your role will be to identify and source high end applicant via search & selection and head hunting and to develop a strong client and candidate network.

The Person

You must have a background in recruiting for professional services (Ideally HR professionals) and have a proven billing track record. Ideally you will have worked on retained assignments and be highly skilled in identifying and headhunting potential candidates. You will be well versed in new business generation and have a credible and successful sales & negotiating technique. You will desirably have forged your early career within a corporate recruitment environment and you must have a proven ability to work effectively with and manage Senior, Director and Board level candidates.
