Opportunity to join established team which successfully supplies international doctors into the NHS

The Job

As a Recruitment Consultant joining an established team, that successfully supplies international doctors into the NHS on a full time basis, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process, offering recruitment solutions to clients & candidates, as well as regularly conducting interviews and attending client’s visits. You will be responsible for driving new business and establishing positive working relationships with clients who have a genuine recruitment need, as well as proving support in the acquisition official documentation. Frequent client visits and a proactive approach to candidate attraction are also essential requirements for this unique and incredibly varied role.

The Person

Will ideally possess an in-depth understanding of the full 360 recruitment cycle, as well as the requirements of working with doctors and the NHS. A proven track record of permanent recruitment billing is also essential, together with an influencing approach that can adapt to working with all levels of staffing within procurements hubs. The successful candidate must also possess a passion for recruitment and commitment to service delivery that is second to none and in reward to hard work and financial achievements will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary, competitive commission structure and superb career development within an organisation that continually aims leads rather than follow.

The Package
