One of the UK's leading IT recruitment agencies requires a recruitment consultant to join them.

The Job

The successful candidate would be working a full 360 recruitment role responsible for bringing on new clients, developing key accounts & establishing their own desk.

Working initially in the generic IT market, the team will focus the following 12 months developing the IT into Financials sector to maximise new opportunities post credit crunch so that they are the driving force within IT/banking for when the market regeneration aggressively accelerates.

The Person

The ideal candidate will be highly self motivated, driven & skilled in new business generation, closing, negotiation & relationship building. You must have at least 2 years experience with the IT recruitment market & have a proven billing track record.

Goal orientated, business focused & a dedicated, hard working & pro-active attitude is essential for success in this role. A background in IT contract, perm or both will be considered
