The Company

An exciting opportunity has now become available to join an expanding Search and Selection company that specialises within the health and social care sectors. 2009 has been a year of demonstrative growth with a 2^nd office opening in North Yorkshire to consolidate their presence within this very buoyant market.  Expansion is set to continue in 2010 however, the company wish to compliment existing markets through the provision of temporary recruitment solutions.

The Position

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for the full recruitment process, offering temporary recruitment solutions to healthcare clients within the private sector. You will be responsible for driving new business and establishing positive working relationships with clients who have a genuine healthcare specialist need, as well as proving support in the acquisition of official documentation.   The position sits within a strong team environment that offers huge potential and support, the position would also be the first within a planned team, therefore presenting the opportunity to become team manager as business and reputation grows.

The Successful Candidate

Must possess excellent working knowledge of the healthcare locums market, understanding how to business develop, build relationships and candidate attract.
