The Company

Our client is a market leading Supply Teacher Recruitment specialist who operates throughout the UK, Far East and Europe. As an organisation they aim to lead rather than follow and have developed unique and flexible ways to ensure both candidate and client service delivery is second to none. In recent months the company has undergone significant expansion to reinforce the brand and strengthen market presence, as a result they are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join a small but successful team and further develop the Primary sector.

The Position

As a Recruitment Consultant taking over an established desk  that currently runs at high volume of days, you will be responsible for building excellent candidate relationships, maintaining and developing existing business with primary schools and fully manage the recruitment process. Face to face interviews and client visits are also essential to the role, however being able to show a warm personality and passion for what you do also underpins every activity essential for success. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be a vital member of a successful team, where your contribution and ideas are highly valued.

The Successful Candidate

Will ideally possess a proven track record of achievement within Education Recruitment although a successful career in another public sector Recruitment environment may also be considered. Proactivity, drive, lateral thinking and a conscientious approach are also qualities highly prized and in return the company will provide a competitive package, excellent benefits and a structured career and development programme.

Branch opens at 7am and a shift system of 7am to 4pm & 9am to 6pm operates alternative weeks to ensure all opportunities are seized prior to the school day starting.  Working hours reduce in school holidays.
