The Company

Our client is a leading Health & Care recruitment provider with offices located throughout the UK. Their success is founded on the delivery of quality staffing solutions and the continuous development of the people they employ. As a company they are at the forefront of their sector and as a result of rapid expansion they are seeking to employ Recruitment Consultants to work within their Care Division

The Position

As a Recruitment Consultant ( unqualified temps) responsibilities include, proactively managing and developing a portfolio of clients and candidates, primarily within the local authority sector,  building good working relationships and managing the recruitment process. The ability to identify new business opportunities is also crucial to the role

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will possess a natural drive to succeed, excellent sales and communication skills as well as the ability to adapt to an ever changing environment. A proven track record in social care recruitment would be ideal although experience of another sector would certainly be considered.
