The Job

Early Years Senior Recruitment Consultant/ Recruitment Manager working within an innovative and rapidly growing early years recruitment business.

A highly motivated and enthusiastic individual is now required to join an independent Early Years specialist organisation.

The position involves generating new business, establishing positive working relationships with clients and candidates, managing the recruitment process, working to KPI’s and interviewing all candidates face to face. The successful candidate will also have responsibility for adhering to compliancy requirements, the continual development of market knowledge and the proactive management of both recruitment and marketing campaigns

The Person

To be successful in this role you must be driven, proactive, creative and possess the desire to succeed. Education or Early Years recruitment experience is essential as is the ability to work to targets, develop business and demonstrate a positive outgoing nature.
