The Position

As a recruitment consultant working within the qualified social work team you will be responsible for the full recruitment process, proactively placing contract workers into temporary positions within Local Authorities and the NHS.  You be part of a highly successful team that has achieved great success working outside of most contracts.  Working closely with colleagues to learn the sector and terminology, you will be supported and developed to build a pipeline and ultimately attain financial results.

The Successful Candidate

Will ideally possess a background in contract recruitment although candidates who can demonstrate a stable and successful career history within other recruitment disciplines should also apply.  An interest in developing your career within Social Work recruitment would be advantageous; as well the drive and enthusiasm necessary to business develop within a competitive but flourishing market.  Excellent communication skills, a passion for what you do and a excellent understand of recruitment fundamentals are qualities highly valued and in return you will receive an excellent salary and commission scheme, plus corporate benefits and long term career progression.
