Opportunity to join a newly established medical locums company, supplying doctors to the NHS on a temporary basis.

The Job

Focuses on the placement of medical locums to the NHS and private healthcare clients, driving an established brand, developing the temporary and contracted, outside of the PASA national contract.  As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for raising the company profile, managing the recruitment process, building relationships with clients, candidate generation and ultimately building a desk that holds huge potential for someone who possesses the desire to succeed and capitalise on the opportunities available within medical locums.

The Person

Must possess a proven track record of achievement within recruitment, medical would be ideal but experience of other healthcare sectors would certainly be considered. The successful candidate must also be able to demonstrate successful billing, a tenacious approach and a true team spirit, ideally enjoy the challenge of business development, researching and plotting a market place to secure long term working relationships with both candidates and clients.  In return for performance and a positive attitude, the successful candidate will benefit from a first class training, a structured career development programme and the opportunity to work with a forward thinking and rapidly expanding business.

Our client is a newly established medical locums company, supplying doctors to the NHS on a tempory basis.  Their focus is on the delivery of niche medical specialities focusing heavily on candidate attraction to ensure they deliver where other organisations fall down. Their formula for business development and approach to the market has resulted in significant growth within the past 12 months and as such they are looking for a New Business Consultant to help build a desk within an incredibly buoyant market.

The Package

Salary £22-25K

OTE £40-45K in first year
