Excellent opportunity to join an established independent recuitment business qith turn over circa 100M

The Job

As a Recruitment Consultant working within the Public Sector you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle of candidates working within the IT team. The position involves a split between master vendor contracts and new business however, this is still a new business role where proactivity is at the core. The Recruitment Consultant position is fast paced, varied and requires a genuine talent for lateral thinking and sales, always striving to achieve financial targets and continued candidate attraction.

The Person

Would ideally possess at least 12 months recruitment experience (temps or perms - any sector) and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achievement ideally within public sector recruitment, although alternative recruitment experience may also be considered. Candidates must possess a can do attitude and the desire to be the best they can be, as well as demonstrating a good understanding of recruitment fundamentals and an aggressive sales focus.
