The Job

Working within a vertical market that suits your strengths, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing the full recruitment process and generating new revenue streams. The position sits within an entrepreneurial team committed to making the business a continued success, building relationships for the long term and reaping the rewards as the market recovers.

The Person

To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate will possess a proven new business track record and be highly motivated and sales driven.  Knowledge of Construction recruitment would be ideal however, experience of an alternative sector would be considered as the ability to sell and strategically business develop are the most important factors.  As the successful candidate you must thrive within a new business environment and be seeking a challenge to utilise existing experience and knowledge.
