The Company

Established for over 20 years, this independently owned organisation is a well recognised name within the Social Care sector and boasts an excellent network of branches throughout the UK.  They cover a variety of sectors from Social Care through to Foster Care and Translation and deal with roles from Social Workers through to Managers.  They supply into the majority of the Local Authorities in the UK as well as the NHS, Charities and other Public and Private sector clients.

Despite economic downturn, the business has grown from strength to strength and due growth an experienced Social Care Consultant with Perm experience is required for the thriving Leeds office.

The Position

You will work from a warm desk and have active clients that you can begin to hit the ground running with.  The role however is a full 360 recruitment role and as well as servicing the existing clients you will be responsible for developing the business and meeting with new clients to drive business forward.

You will screen, meet and interview candidates on a regular basis and at all times be aware of compliance ensuring all legislation is adhered to.

The Successful Candidate

You will be a successful Recruitment Consultant and must have experience dealing with Perm recruitment, ideally within Social Care.

You will have an excellent sales ability and be confident in speaking to new clients on the phone to develop business.

Recruitment experience within different sector backgrounds such as Healthcare, Medical, Doctors, Nursing would also be considered.

Ideally a car driver as you will be expected to undertake client visits
