The Job

As a Recruitment Consultant joining an established team that successfully operates within the Engineering sector, you will be responsible for the whole recruitment process, offering permanent recruitment solutions to clients & candidates in Rail, Engineering, Construction, Power and Renewable Energy. You will be responsible for driving business forward and establishing new accounts within a specified geographical area, therefore offering a more personal service to both candidates and clients.

The Person

Must definitely possess a strong recruitment track record, experienced within the engineering sector and be experienced at developing business within a niche market sector.  The successful candidate must also possess the desire to succeed, be able to sell the benefits of bespoke staffing solutions and want to reap the financial rewards associated with successful billing.  In return for high performance and excellent team spirit the company offer excellent career opportunities for the long term as the business continues to expand.
