The Job

As a recruitment consultant managing the full 360 recruitment process you will be placing all nursing disciplines into a broad spectrum of clients (Including NHS off contract). Working to SMART targets and achievable KPI’s you will be responsible for margin generation through the development of positive working relationships with both candidates and clients. You will have the support and backing of an established brand within the market however, candidate attraction will be your responsibility, fully utilising all recruitment channels available.

The Person

Will be a skilled recruiter with a proven track record within the healthcare sector, highly adept at building effective working relationships, with a professional sales technique. You must possess a thorough understanding of  healthcare recruitment and associated administration, as well as being highly capable at business development and always able to identify a new business opportunity.

The ideal candidate will be highly pro-active and enthusiastic, with a strong drive to succeed. You will have excellent communications skills and a confident, personable approach.
