Exciting opportunity to join a well established niche company which works within the healthcare & public sectors.

The Job

In this full 360 recruitment role you will be responsible for placing Interim Programme & Project Managers into the NHS & Public Sector. You will be responsible for establishing, developing & maintaining excellent candidate relationships and building a vast candidate network through headhunting, referrals & word of mouth recommendations. You will also be expected to generate new business and to identify, develop & maximise existing accounts & client relationships in order to secure effective, long term working relationships.

The Person

The successful candidate must have a thorough understanding and experience of working on a business level with the NHS & have a good awareness of compliance & drivers within that market place. Experience of recruiting Interims, Projects Managers or candidates into the NHS is a distinct advantage as is a proven billing history. My client is looking for a candidate who is goal orientated, very self motivated and thrives on exceeding targets. With a strong work ethic and a driven approach you will be given the platform for success & the tools & opportunity to turn you into a first class recruiter & major biller.

With a wealth of experience, established relationships and contracts in place my client is on the verge of major expansion & are in the position to take on a number of experienced and proven recruitment consultants. My client offers Prince2 training to all consultants & further excellent training & development in order to maintain credibility & understanding of the market they work in.

The Package

Salary £20-30K

OTE £50-60K
