Since their conception 20 years ago they have achieved an unrivalled level of growth, possessing a multi-divisional structure that spans a UK office network.  This progressive, values based organisation has recently entered the health and care sector, taking the market by storm in a relatively short period of time.  In line with company expansion Senior Recruitment Consultants are currently being recruited to work across a variety of medical specialisms.

The Position

As a Recruitment Consultant joining a newly established team, that successfully supplies medical professionals to the NHS on a full time basis, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process, offering recruitment solutions to clients & candidates, as well as regularly conducting interviews and attending client’s visits.    You will be responsible for driving new business and establishing positive working relationships with clients who have a genuine recruitment need, as well as proving support in the acquisition official documentation.   Frequent client visits and a proactive approach to candidate attraction are also essential requirements for this unique and incredibly varied role. 

The Successful Candidate

Must possess a proven track record of achievement within recruitment, healthcare would be ideal but experience of another recruitment sectors would certainly be considered. The successful candidate must also be able to demonstrate successful billing, a tenacious approach and a true team spirit, ideally enjoy the challenge of business development, researching and plotting a market place to secure long term working relationships with both candidates and clients.  In return for hard work and financial achievements you will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary, competitive commission structure and superb career development opportunities within an organisation that intends to strategically expand and develop the brand within the healthcare sector.
