Exciting opportunity to join speacialist healthcare agency that supplies qualified nurses & healthare assistance to residential and care homes across the North of England.

The Job

Initially conducting pure sales calls to warm and cold clients this position will evolve into a full Recruitment Consultant role that focuses on the placement of healthcare staff into temporary positions. You will be responsible for developing new client relationships through face to face visits and telesales whilst also generating candidates who meet the experience and skills levels required for contracted clients. With the full support of a dynamic and branded organisation you will be a vital member of an incredibly busy team that also provides, out of ours services so a 1:4 week on call rota is also fundamental to the role.

The Person

Will ideally possess a proven track record of achievement within a temporary recruitment environment and will thrive on the highs and lows of running a temps desk. The successful candidate must thoroughly enjoy sales, understand the full recruitment process and be highly organised to ensure all aspects of the recruitment role are fulfilled. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach are also essential to the role and in return you will be financially rewarded and be part of a team who are really making their mark.

The Package

Salary £20-25K
