The Company

As a global recruitment company with a recognisable brand that spans all sectors, our clients understands business expansion and is able to provide the infrastructure and support to necessary to succeed.  Within the medical locums division they are already an established presence and an approved PASA supplier however, they are looking for business growth, increasing their market presence and employee headcount.  Their vision is to be the first choice for medical locums and as such is currently undertaking a massive expansion programme across the UK.

The Position

As Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring budgets are achieved managing the full 360 recruitment process.  This is a position where National Framework Contract is at the heart of the business, although continuous new business development is a fundamental, along with candidate attraction campaigns and an open minded approach to day to day activities.  As a Recruitment Consultant you must also understand compliance and the importance of associated procedures to ensure full service delivery to contracted clients; a creative approach is also required to meet business needs and the ever changing requirements of the medical locums market.

The Successful Candidate

Must possess a proven track record of achievement within recruitment, medical would be ideal but experience of other healthcare sectors would certainly be considered. The successful candidate must also be able to demonstrate successful billing, a tenacious approach and a true team spirit, ideally enjoy the challenge of business development, researching and plotting a market place to secure long term working relationships with both candidates and clients.  In return for performance and a positive attitude, the successful candidate will benefit from a first class training, a structured career development programme and the opportunity to work with a forward thinking and rapidly expanding division of a multinational organisation.
