Established in 2002 our client is an independent Executive Search and Selection company that has adopted a consultative approach to client and candidate working, carving a market leading position with many blue chip clients through out the UK.  Operating from their Newcastle office, the company is a proactive, forward thinking organisation that has experienced unprecedented financial growth, since their formation.  The business attributes their success to the calibre of individuals they employ and such the exciting new opportunity of Recruitment Consultant has been created, instrumental in the first phase of expansion for 2010.

The Position

Reporting into the Regional Director the Recruitment Consultant will operate within the Medical Sales Sector responsible for developing existing relationships whilst generating new ones across the North. Face to face candidate interviewing, client visits, management of the full recruitment process and achievement of realistic financial targets are also fundamental elements of the exiting and interesting role.

The Successful Candidate

Will possess a quality focused approach to recruitment understanding how a thorough and meticulous methodology influences results. A proven track record of achievement is also essential as well as a genuine interest in the healthcare sector.  The successful candidate must also be articulate, sales focused and passionate about recruitment and In return you will be part of a growing team with exciting plans for the future.
