The Job

Focuses on NHS clients, driving an established brand, developing the temporary and interim medical locum business off contract.  As Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for raising the company profile, managing the recruitment process, building relationships with clients, candidate generation and representing a professional organisation that continuously strives to deliver excellence in everything that they do.

The Person

Must possess a proven track record of achievement within recruitment, healthcare would be ideal but not essential and be able to demonstrate successful billing, a tenacious approach and a true team spirit.  The successful candidate would ideally enjoy the challenge of business development, researching and plotting a market place to secure long term working relationships and possess a proactive nature with a strong work ethic.  In return for performance and a positive attitude, the successful candidate will benefit from a first class training, a structured career development programme and the opportunity to work with a forward thinking business.

Our client is a newly established medical locums company, supplying doctors to the NHS on a tempory basis.  Their focus is on quality and service delivery, investing heavily in candidate attraction to ensure they make their mark.  As a business they are looking to grow substantially in the next 12 months and as such are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to generate new business.

The Package

Salary £20-25K

OTE £35K in first year uncapped thereafter.
