The Company

My Client is a vibrant, energetic, rapidly expanding organisation.  They have an excellent reputation within international IT recruitment and need exceptional consultants to help their continued growth.

The Position

You will be recruiting IT professionals, on an international level, into vertical markets.  You will therefore be comfortable with recruiting for roles in the £25k - £250k salary brackets and be conversant with Headhunting, Retained and Contingency recruitment.

The Successful Candidate

• You will already be an experienced Recruitment Consultant, within the IT sector
• Have at least 6 months experience within the role
• Provable billings and Business Development history
• Be Dynamic, Driven and Ambitious
• Be able and willing to relocate within a short period of time

ADDITIONAL INFO

Basic salary to £25k

Realistic OTE in year 1 is £45k - £50k

No threshold!, Up to 30% commission

Relocation assistance, (Flights, Hotel, etc)
