The Company

The Position

As recruitment consultant managing an already profitable desk you will be placing all nursing disciplines into a broad spectrum of clients (Including NHS on contract). Working to SMART targets and achievable KPI’s you will be responsible for margin generation through the development of positive working relationships with both candidates and clients. You will have the support and backing of an established brand within the market however, candidate attraction will be your responsibility, fully utilising all recruitment channels available.

The Successful Candidate

Will be a skilled recruiter with a proven track record within the Health or Social Care sector, highly adept at building effective working relationships, with a professional sales technique and values driven approach. As the successful candidate you must possess a thorough understanding of recruitment processes and associated administration, highly capable at business development and always able to identify a new business opportunity.

The ideal candidate will also be pro-active and enthusiastic, with a strong drive to succeed. and a personable and confident approach.
