The Job

Responsible for representing a market leading healthcare recruiter.  Working mainly with clients across commercial and industrial organisations supplying temporary, contract and permanent candidates.  You will be able to fully utilise the existing database and be expected to build upon this and drive your desk forward in terms of both candidate and business development.

The Person

Would ideally possess a proven track record of achievement within health or social care recruitment, although experience within any other recruitment environment would certainly be considered. The successful candidate must be quality and service delivery focussed in order to echo the company’s reputation.  The position would suit an experienced Consultant who is seeking an exciting new challenge or looking for the next step in their career.  The successful candidate must definitely possess enthusiasm, drive and passion for what they do, as well as being highly organised, and be able to build positive working relationships with clients and candidates throughout the region.
