Exciting opportunity as a Recruitment Consultant generating business within white collar contract market.

The Job

As a Recruitment Consultant managing the full recruitment life cycle you will be responsible for generating new business within the White Collar contract market through out the South East region. As an instrumental member of a small but successful team you will be required to develop a desk from cold, build positive working relationships with clients and candidates as well as proactively attracting appropriately skilled new candidates.

The Person

Must possess a proven track record of achievement within the Construction recruitment sector and be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of the construction recruitment market as a whole. You must enjoy recruitment for all the highs and lows, be passionate about business development and understand the opportunities available in the short and long term. The Company

Our client is a privately owned multifaceted employment agency with turnover in excess of 100M. They span the UK with regional offices that deliver bespoke recruitment solutions to blue-chip and SME clients on a national and regional basis. Since their conception in the mid 90’s our client has undergone immense expansion and despite current economic trends they are expanding significantly with a particular focus on construction.

The Package

Salary £20-25K plus excellent career development
